First International Competition in Livorno

Aquahub Malta recently travelled to Livorno, Italy from the 18th–22nd March with a team of 18 swimmers led by Coach Rosi and Head Coach Julian Harding, competing against some of the strongest swimmers and clubs in Italy.

The competition provided an excellent opportunity for the squad to gain valuable international racing experience ahead of the Easter Meets taking place at the beginning of April. Racing at this level challenged the swimmers across all events and gave the team important exposure to a highly competitive environment.

Despite the high standard of competition, Aquahub swimmers produced a number of strong performances and personal best times throughout the week.
